OKLA invests in the development of oil projects and all other related works such as oil refinery construction, power stations etc.
We have the ability to build, operate and manage various oil and other related projects through strategic and exclusive agreements with many international construction companies.
OKLA is currently finalising agreements for Financing construction projects in, Kenya, Kazakhstan and Middle East worth several billions of US dollars as well as financing the construction of a new oil refinery of the capacity of 150,000 bopd in Iraq.

Within USA offices, OKLA Associates provide customers with engineering studies, process safety management services, process engineering and process simulation services, instrumentation design services, biodiesel and biofuels process design services, and professional staffing services.
Amerapex Corporation – Houston based global provider of Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management (EPCM) services, focused on the Energy Market areas of Oil and Gas Facilities, Refining, Pipelines and Terminals. Amerapex is an OKLA associate for coordination and logistics and has a relationship with the founding directors of OKLA since 2005.
Ambitech and Honeywell UOP – OKLA’s North America and Europe strategic partners for refinery construction worldwide.
Willemen Group – giant Belgian construction company with Europe-wide subsidiaries and vast experience on over a dozen large infrastructure projects worldwide.
EXECUTIVE
General Georges H. Sada is a graduate of international air force institutions including the Soviet Union Air Force academy 1958- 61; American Air Force Institute 1964-65; British Royal Air Force 1966-67; and Wellington Staff College, India 1973. A distinguished retired Iraqi Air Force General, with over 48 years of top level military and state services. In addition, he has 22 years lecturing experience, including 12 years in military institutions in Iraq and 10
Years in international academic institutions in America and worldwide.
Since 1998, General Sada is holding the position of the President of the International Institute of Peace. A Statesman who became advisor and government spokesperson in the Iraqi Government during 2003-06
General Sada awarded with the 2003 Coventry International Peace Prize of Peace and Reconciliation, United Kingdom, November 2003.
General Sada resided in the United States in 2006 where he has top-level associates involved in funding international development projects. Since 2010, General Sada is holding the position of Special Trustee to the European Economic Development Council (EEDC).
